Booked a stay in Jamaica through bookit.com and had to shorten my stay because the hotel has numerous issues, from power outage that lasted over a day, no running water the next day, back to no power the next day, etc.....
While many guests have shared complaints to the bookit agent in the premises, I reached out to them on phone as soon as I got home.
Been told that they were aware of the situation and that they were waiting for the hotel to get back to them.
Sending an email and patiently waiting for a response, may last for a few days, months or else.
I am very disappointed with their service, as an agent, we paid them, so they should pay us back directly and not wait for the hotel to do so.
