I was charged over $15 for booking through BOOK IT.
Won't do that again, will contact the hotel directly and get the better price!
They also made a real mess of processing my credit card, and it took over 15 minuted for me to get registered,at the hotel.
The people at the hotel said the last time they had someone book through BOOK IT, it was the same problem!!
They were embarrassed!
