My booking failed to show 2 persons. I clicked on confirmation link to modify the booking from 1 person, to 2 persons. Somehow, it made a completely new booking. Long story short, I spoke with a customer rep, she fixed it the double booking within 4 minutes and even apologized for the inconvenience.
That is what I call the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
No hassle. No guilt/blame. Friendly. Speedy. Helpful. Polite.
