Went thru Bill Me Later, was referred to Book-it with no disclosures up front on main page, booked room. After booking room found better rate directly with hotel that would have cost me 30% less. I Emailed Book-it Customer Service twice 6 days ago called 2 times and had to leave messages. Emailed again today 10-7-2013 again with no response as of 11:30 pm. My only advise is to make sure to find any disclosures prior to actually booking anything with them and look for best price guarentee. And its very obvious to me that their Customer Service is very poor No follow up from several emails over a 6 day time frame. DO NOT USE BOOK- IT.com for booking anything I wouldn't wish this type of service on my worst enemy.
