Booking a hotel with "Book It" seemed like a good idea until I did it. 'Georgette' booked my hotel and offered me a 12 hour window to cancel. I cancelled 5 hours later. Then I was told about a $25 fee to cancel. At no time was I told about this (check the "quality assurance" tape). I called CS and got the run around - conflicting stories, longer wait periods. It's still not resolved, but I'M NOT PAYING IT. NOR AM I EVER USING BOOK IT AGAIN.
