I love planning my vacations through Bookit.com. It is very easy to find good hotels, their descriptions, and even good promotions. I used it last year to go to Puerto Vallarta and it was really nice. They sent somebody to the airport to pick my family up and the agent was always helpful and kind during all our stay. This year I just booked my vacations to Los Cabos, and since I only need a one direction flight, I couldn't take advantage of the package promotion online. But I called them and they gave me a great discount.

Great service, always kind and absolutely reliable.
