I've booked many trips now w/BookIt and have never had a problem so I hope I am not jinxing myself! :) I've already booked another trip for November and expect it to go w/out a hitch as well. You hear (or read reviews) of people having horrible experiences who booked w/particular site/agency and I'm so happy that has not happened to me. When I have had to call in & ask a question or two or to get my seats assigned every person I've spoken to was very friendly & helpful. I was bummed in March when I found out by at least 3 people that their hotel fees for Grand Palladium - Lady Hamilton in JA were half of what we purchased through BookIt. :( I will have to do even more research than I am already doing & that is a bummer.
