The Travel Agent I spoke to, went out of her way to help me get the booking through. I had spent several frustrating tries on line, but she walked me through it. She realized what the problem was and instead of letting me do it again and again, and possibly running into the same problem, she did the booking for me and the confirmation email she send was there before I even was out of the booking centre on line.

This was not the first time an agent has been so helpfull. I had the same problem last time (when I type in Vancouver - Canada, the word STATE does not change to PROVINCE, so it hangs up).

I enjoy speaking with the Travel AGents and didn't feel that it was a waste of my time.
