Great Prices & Staff!

The prices on Bookit.com are so much lower than their competitors.I searched many sites for the best deal and Bookit was by far the best. When it came time for me to book, I was having trouble with my credit card and it took many attempts to get the vacation successfully confirmed. The customer support team at Bookit was so patient, helpful, and personable. I spoke to many different people throughout the day, but the one who really stood out to me was [name removed]. She was great!
The only complaint I have is that the additional flight options listed with my vacation package were not up to date (which I believe is due to the airline's failure to update the options rather than Bookit). Everytime I would choose a new flight option, it would kick back and say that the flight was no longer available. I ended up having to resort to the worst flight option there was. I just hope they don't lose my luggage with all of the layovers we have! Overall, my experience was very good and I plan on using Bookit again in the future!
