i've booked my holiday through their website. next day I got a call from them that holiday I've booked dont have any room left. in that situation i asked agent to cancel my booking as i am not happy they advertised something what they cant provide!!!
then he get very rude and when i asked him about cancelation email as a proof that he done it, he get even more upset and hung up on me.....
so, no more commeents.......
