Friendly, knowledgably staff made the booking experience simple and straight forward. As a disabled traveller, I was impressed by the way the Agent ensured that all was in place to cater for my additional requirements. We have used Barrhead Travel for many years and are very satisfied with the service. There have been times when things didn't go to plan but, it has to be said that, when advised of this, everything was done to rectify the situation satisfactorily. We are happy to continue using Barrhead Travel and have recommended then to family and riends.
