Planning for a trip with antilog to Thailand. Has anyone experienced it with Antilog? Read several negative feedback. How true is that?

When I was planning for a travel to Thailand for five days with my wife, I was on the same platform of confusion whether to go on our own or to go via Antilog vacations. Truly, I have no experience in such kind of travel plannings as per own. But the positive part was that I got amazing experience with this tourism company during my couple of travels with my family and alone.
