We had to wait 6 days to get the e-tickets, but it was the longest 6 days. Usually the agencies provide the tickets in 2 days, but this agesncy provides the tickets 14 days earlier your flight which is rough. So we were lucky, but wont buy tickets from this company again. I made a reservation (2 business class tickets from Exeter to Johannesburg) through Air Travel Experts (ATE) on the 1/8/2017 and £4625.66 went out of my account the following day. I was not sent Etickets or an ATOL certificate, but I was sent an online booking acknowledgment with an Air France booking reference number. Booked with this disastrous company to travel to Auckland using Singapore Air with 2 or 3 hour stopover in Singapore. Tickets never arrived, eventually had to get solicitor involved to obtain a refund. Solicitor said that she has never before dealt with such a rude, disorganised and unresponsive company. Eventually was offered China Southern tickets instead with over 8 hour stopovers. I booked a flight in July. The e ticket was not sent immediately. After calling, I was told to sent copies of a utility bill and passport which I was not comfortable with. To avoid losing my money, I finally sent part of my bank statement having my address. Although I finally got my e ticket after numerous emails and calls, I feel the experience left me stressed. Booked a flight from London to Korea (Asiana Airlines), on the aisana airline website, after I logged in it says if reservation not ticketed in 1 week it might be cancelled. Took my £587 then cancelled the next day. I called and they said due to an error their side my money would be refunded. 4 days pass no refund. This sham of an Agency changed our return ticket date 2 months after we booked and paid for it (by 3 days !) without our permission - we only spotted this shortly before leaving for our holiday. I realised that I wont be able to make the flight due to visa restriction so I emailed customer service to amend or cancel the ticket. They refused to give me options to amend or even cancel it. “My experience was bad wih them ”

I booked a tickey and paid for it, then they wanted me to send copies of my drivers livense, passport or other personal Information to prove I was who I said I was before final confirmation of booking. I refused and they said, ok just send proof of address. I did and they changed my booking, sending me through a different country, overnight stay etc. I was able to get a full refund only because I reluctantly agreed to accept the change and legaly they couldn't sell me a ticket under duress… Read Full Review
