I was worried about using this website after reading all the negative reviews but the cost of the flight was so much cheaper than anywhere else I decided to give it a try. I booked 4 tickets to CA at 2 pm and airtxt.com called us by 6:30 pm to confirm our flight. My husband got onto Delta's website right away and picked our seats. We received confirmation emails from both airtxt.com and Delta with all of our flight information that same evening. We ended up saving $350 by going through airtxt.com. It sounds like airtxt.com has not worked out for a lot of people but for us it was a huge savings and hassle free.
