I was a little skeptical at first using agoda having used many other "on-line" hotel and flight booking websites - but from the very beginning it has delivered fantastic service. I cannot recall any glitches or interrupted service and have on many occasions booked accommodation literally minutes before checking in - or from the hotel lobby itself when i have been told by front-desk staff that no rooms or deals are available.

My only complaint would be at the sometimes over-exaggeration of some hotels as to their facilities provided. e.g. Spa's and Sauna's that are not actually on the premises but at a nearby location. Agoda should either audit themselves the description - or penalise the hotels by making sure some refund is offered - up to the full amount paid if the hotel description is found out to be false.
