I was a little skeptical of using this service to get air ticket to Europe for this coming July, because I had never heard of them. However, I did go on the BBB web site as well as this and several other review web sites and the reviews were very good. In fact some of the services I had heard of and were part of the Kayak world (Justfly comes to mind for one)had terrible ratings and weren't even rated by BBB.

I got a great agent, Zaine, who was friendly, not pushy, but very easy to reach by phone and e-mail. He spent a lot of time making sure we got a great deal and on or near the days we needed them. I was so please, I had my daughter call him directly to set up her trip. We saved at least $500 per ticket for the 4 of us!

I'll use them every time I fly out of the U.S.
