I booked a holiday for my wife ,myself and my 7yr old grandson to Fuerteventura leaving on the 13th April , unfortunatly my brother was killed in an accident on the 3rd of April i called the company on the 4th and told them we may have to push our holiday back as we didn,t know the date of the funeral , on the 8th we found out the funeral was on the 13th of April the date we were due to fly out, we informed them of this and spoke to a staff member on the 9th i spoke to another operative and we had a call from them this morning saying they could do nothing as we hadn,t given them enough notice !!!! how you give notice of an accidental death is an absolute joke , what a horrible moneygrabbing lot , STAY WELL CLEAR
