I have booked 6 holidays through A1 travel and we have never had a problem. The staff are friendly and very helpful, I do try and get the same person every time. We have save a lot of money booking through A1.
The only criticism I have got is, I can't book online because we have to book a disabled room and you have to do that over the phone. So we have to pay a card charge.
But overall good service and I will be booking with them again.
