A1 travel terrible but sharm fabulous

A1 is the worst company to book with... There prices are great but they get a lot of mistakes. they spelt my name wrong and when i tried contacting them i had no answer for 3 days.. when i finally got them on the phone (you can appriciate that i am going to be annoyed i spent so much on a holiday and as no one is answering the phone i was think i got scammed) the person on the phone called me horrible and rude... i was obly fustrated with the way i was treated because when i got through to sales team to discus my booking they were not interested kept on fobbin me to a phone line whoch didnt work...whilst I was in sharm el sheik they booked activities for me in a different country... There rep there was rude.. Luckily hilton sharm was fabulous the team in hilton hotel were great... When I came to to London and askd for my refund they took 2 months to give me £34 back.. And they only did this because I threatened to report them to the travel commission as I researched that if its the companies fault and if you have done all the steps the company has asked an they have failed to respond they will get find thousands of pounds.. I guess for £34 they didn't want to be defamed and fined... I advice if u do go with them even if u aske the sales rep to double check the info they have taken down... Make sure you say you will be contacting them personally if anything goes wrong... A1 is a horrible travel agent to rude representatives... So companies after a horrible experience of a gift to say thank and sorry... They didn't even both saying the words sorry... When it was clearly their representatives fault not mine..
