We booked an all inclusive holiday to Malta with this company. As the booking progressed on the phone they asked if we wanted to buy the "Agency Golden Standard" package for a price of £16. The final price on our package was not mentioned over the phone and we subsequently ended up paying 4 times £16.
There was no mentioning on the booking summary about the AGS package and consequently we have paid £64 without even knowing what we might have bought.
To add insult to injury they took the total amount twice from our bank account. After long telephone calls they agreed to refund one of the bookings but we are still waiting for the full refund of the second payment.
We strongly recommend to stay clear of this travel agent. Don't provide your debit/credit card details until they have confirmed the final price.
