Purple Cow booked us as a training venue to deliver their Health & Safety course over 4 days.

In our experience we found the trainer very efficient and welcoming at all times including the managing director of the company who visited our venue on one of the days to make sure that everything was running smoothly and all delegates were happy.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

I feel that this placement has really developed my entrepreneurial skills. Purple Cow let me take part in several real and important tasks and I think that having this responsibility helped me get a lot out of my time at Purple Cow because it gives me an actual taste and an insight of what they do over at Purple Cow. For example, one of my tasks was to upload all of the upcoming course dates for the company onto the website which I really enjoyed doing. I would strongly recommend taking a work placement at Purple Cow to anyone who wants to get a real taster of how a company like this operates and wants to actually take part in what they do.

On the first day of my training, i was introduced to a very welcoming and friendly trainer who soon settled us all in making us feel very relaxed.

Throughout my training, the trainer always ensured that everyone had an understanding of the subject, which i found fantastic as he was very interested in our learning and loved sharing his own knowledge and experiences.

At lunch times there was dinner provided, and refreshments throughout the day for free, which again was very impressive.

I am very pleased with Purple Cow Training and i would definitely use them again as a training provider.

Attended a 5 day SMSTS course the trainer was swapped half way through due to being double booked. Lied about the books, rude welcome at the reception and when I checked with CITB still not been registered for the course.

All in all this company is a total shambles they promise to deliver great customer service it's all lies. The trainers are good I feel sorry for them working for such a poorly ran organisation.

Don't waste your money go elsewhere.

I have been waiting for my CITB certificate now for 5 months!!! I have been lied, lied and lied to again! I have spoken to 3 different account managers an they keep leaving the company?? DO NOT USE!!!!!! They seem cheap but you don't get your certificates!!!

I attended a course with this company over 8 months ago and I am still awaiting certification. Everytime I call I get the same excuse 'they were sent out without being franked' this really is not my problem.

The room was not set up , the reception area stinks of mould and the training rooms are without windows.

Charging so much for a course but unable to deliver a good service. Books were not available and the staff are just ride.

Don't waste your money train elsewhere.

Quick to take your money and promise everything such as good courses, great customer service but really they are a complete shambles.

Arranging courses to run from different venues without prior notification, waiting over four months for certification and above all else lying everytime a call is made to chase.

I would have no hesitation in saying this is a very sad excuse for a company and I will not be attending again.

This outfit sent a "trainer" to carry out RTITB sideloader training at our site. After asking for his proof of certification I was presented with 5 years out of date certificates, counterbalance and reach certificates and a list of excuses why I couldn't see sight of his valid training documentation. Purple cow claimed I was to pay for the trainers fees because I sent him away? Purple cow were very unhelpful with my concerns and requests and I continue to wait for proof of trainers certification relating to a Ladder and Banksman courses carried out last month. Maybe me but When I book a training course with a training provider I expect the trainer to be qualified!?!

Booked me on a course and then kept cancelling it at short notice. They didn't delay taking the money but being very difficult about giving it back. On no account use this company they may appear to be cheap but they do not actually run the courses they just take the money.

Sold a course they didn't run, lied ,lied,lied then struggled to get money back ended up costing me more than the course shocking!!!!
