I have got to contact the ombudsman for a refund of £85 which I paid to get licensed a month and a half ago. I have received no results after travelling down to Manchester to sit a PL course I booked. After patiently waiting for my results they have told me the trainer they provided is no longer with them and because I sat the course I am not entitled to a refund but they are refusing to give out the results. After contacting the trainer they told me they had not been paid by Get licensed for me at all! Complete rip off and I advise look elsewhere. Don't use them! Had to leave 1 star for my review to be accepted otherwise one would not e there
