Dear team,
As the national bus service provider your service honestly sucks as there is NO standardised rules on ethical behaviour that should be followed by the drivers which is VERY IMPORTANT. Being a sour faced employee us not good for any company.
Also, a half empty bus does not stop even with 10 people at the bus stop putting out their hand!!!
From when did we as paid passengers need to be treated this way. Don't you realise that your company will shut down if they don't have passengers/customers interested in taking the bus service?!
I might be one writing and am glad because if not for now these areas definitely need to be improved on before your company learns things the hard way.
