Travelled Tamworth to London and back. Never, never,ever again. I'd rather pay anything than use this company again. I'm. Amazed they score as highly as 1.5 out 5. Both times the trains were grossly overcrowded, to the point of being lethal if there was ever an incident; so dirty I wouldn't risk the toilets; no tickets were checked - travel for free everyone!! No member of staff showed their face, probably too scared to face the customers; no refreshments. There isn't one positive thing I can say. Maybe the business model is that only students with railcards use our trains, so we can treat them like cattle. If I could enter a minus score I would. PLEASE someone relieve us of this appalling franchisee.
