Stay we'll away from arriva trains

Booked a, from Crewe to yatton on 25th July the problem started at Crewe waiting for our normal train . We was moved to platform seven there was two coaches waiting . So our 4 reserved seats cancel we was packed in . And then we was told we may have to change train. At Shrewsbury the stopped we was all told to get of the train and get on the 3 carriage train waiting packed solid just got on with my wife and dauther and grandson we finally got to Newport there we told to go to platform 4 to carry on with our journey after waiting there for some time we were told that that platform had been closed down because the lift was out. When we got to the ticket office we asked about what train should we catchy to yay ton we were told that we had just missed it. When we complained to a over weight guy he said he also had a ;:;: bad day and got up and walked out a young lady then came. And said we would have to wait another hour for a train. We got on the next train to Bristol that came in 15 minutute thank god it was not Arrive When we got to Bristol we was directed to our train to Yatton. STAY WELL CLEAR OF NEWPORT AND ARRIVA.
