I needed a plumber as I had water coming through my ceiling. I was hesitant seeing the reviews but desperate - and they dropped their prices from £129 per hour to £74 per hour. So gave them benefit of the doubt.
They said a plumber for 10.30am this morning and now at 10.30 they say hopefully between 1-5pm. The leak got worse over night so I've cancelled them.

The call centre staff are robots, it's not their fault. They are however sales focused and pushy.

Very inconvenient and not what you need it a crisis. I don't believe they intended to stick to their time at all. It seems that they promise times and better rates to hook you in but only deliver if they happen to be able to on the day - disgraceful when your ceiling is caving in.

Don't use this company. I wish I hadn't.
