He came to fit an outside tap. From the start he was polite, efficient and so laid back he didn't even flinch when i haggled the price a girly thing!). The job was done in about an hour and done very well. He also agreed to clean the garden slabs on the spot and finished the job, even though it was absolutely falling down out there. He was quite literally soaked to the skin but refused to come inside and dry off before the job was finished. All this was done on a single glass of water in spite of offers of refreshments. As far as i am concerned he went above and beyond the call of duty and he's on my speed dial from now on.
