I employed this firm to renovate a house and had a terrible experience with them. The workforce never turned up on time, the standard of work was very poor and they did not complete scheduled work. The owner who had been recommended by Age Concern as he was in their booklet. However it was discovered that his membership of some building regulatory authorities as claimed on his letter headed notepaper was fictitious and there were other symbols used on the letter head that were meaningless and just there to convey the impression that the firm was of high quility, after I called in Trading Standards and his company were removed from the Age Concern recommended builder list and have not been allowed back on it since. I had a simply dreadful experience and I hope that this review will help to prevent it being repeated in somebody else's home. I would avoid this builder.
