DO NOT USE PIMLICO PLUMBERS!!

Booked them to do what we thought were two relatively simple jobs; fix a dripping kitchen tap and fix the toilet flush that was sticking. 2 hours and £260 later, we have had the kitchen tap replaced with an old one that we supplied but tap still dripping and a toilet flush that is still sticking and wasn’t even looked at. If you want to pay a plumber expensively by the hour to look at (rather than fix) the issue and not necessarily fix it, go with these guys but otherwise get a plumber that will charge per job and is guaranteed to fix it!! I wish I had read this type of review before using them.

My plumber was great at explaining what the issue was and ensured I understood the issue before he recommended possible solutions.

From speaking to the friendly people on the phone to enquire about services and make the booking , the service was amazing . The plumber came right on the dot not a minute earlier or later. The plumber was friendly and listened to my request , he gave me options and suggestions on what would work best. He made sure I was happy with the work every step of the way and explained everything he was doing in detail ensuring I was happy. The work was carried out quickly and very tidy . Now the pricing , I knew how much this was going to cost however it does make you wince when handing over the credit card . I wish it was cheaper as I would use Pimlico Plumbers all the time as the service is always great

Pimlico Plumbers replaced my old boiler in December 2016. They did a fantastic job in explaining to me what work was required in order to connect a new boiler to the existing pipes and sent me promptly a comparatively well priced quote. I went ahead with them and felt they explained each step of the process well. They patient and courteous and left the house in good order after a day of intense work. And the house was warm again! an overall solid and very serious service. I would recommend. 

They were prompt, efficient and I now have heating. I would recommend them but they are expensive. Great in a crisis.

I have used this company twice and they are clear about what they are doing, why they are doing it and what they will charge. They come when they say they will. The staff so far have been friendly and communicative, and happy to explain what they are doing in terms that make sense to a non-technical person. I had a major job done with them and was impressed that ten days later they sent an independent inspector to check all was well and I was happy with it. You will find a lower price than this company but in my experience you will not find better work.
