N J Hills knocked on our door and asked if we wanted our guttering and soffits replaced and gave us a price which was very reasonable. We agreed for the work to be done, which was completed in good time and looked fine. He said if we had any problems when it rained to let him know and he would come back and sort it out. We did contact him as it leaked and he came back and adjusted it, but one year later and we are still having problems.

We have contacted him on a few occassions and he has never returned our call of come back to sort out the problems. My husband has tried to fix the guttering and found roofing tiles left in the gutter, but the water still overflows when we get heavy rain. I have now seen his advertising boaard outside another house and I was really tempted to knock and tell her to cancel the job.
