This service should be avoided . It is run by a man who says that he is a fireman. He originally quoted a fee of £35 to clean my windows and gutters. On the day he upped his fee to £100 with no explanation for the increase. When I challenged him on this and said that £100 for a two hours of window cleaning was excessive, he became aggressive and abusive. He said that he would come to my house and not leave until he got his cash.

I obtained quotes from two other window cleaners to show that his charge was way out of order. He became more abusive and threatening when I showed him this. He came round to my house and was violent & aggressive. In the end I paid him the £100 as I was worried about the safety of my family.
