Great Online Service!

I needed an above ground pool quickly (to take abroad). Smyths had just the one at a good price and next day delivery.

After I placed the order I read some of the reviews on here and felt a bit uneasy, especially as my card was declined by my bank (being overly cautious, not a bad thing).

I tried phoning Customer Service, but it was a Monday morning so was unable to get through. I filled out the web form and was pleased to receive a reply by lunchtime and was assured that the order was accepted and would be shipped that day by DPD.

True to their word the pool was delivered as promised.
