Don’t purchase Xmas gifts early as you will not get a refund due to the 28day return policy.
I purchased gifts of which 1 led to being faulty. After being made feel like an idiot by 3 young staff members whom have no customer care experience I was advised that I was out of the 28 day return policy and had to accept a gift card for £99.99.
Not the staffs fault but had to stand for 20minutes until they all agreed that the gift was faulty. HELLO I wouldn’t be standing here if it worked.
I would advise to choose carefully if at all shopping at smyths toys. I certainly won’t be other than the forced gift card.
