The Centre Tour and Travels Agency? A PAIN!

As we later understood, we've been collected by one of the tourist catchers on the railway station, who told the official Tuctuc to bring us to the official tourist bureau....such a pain this agency....

When we confronted them with the fact, if they are the National Tourism Bureau - they gave us the itinerary in the envelop of the Incredible !ndia- they told us yes, they are.

Just to conclude an affair, they cheated on us and told us, we could stop anywhere during the tour, unfortunately the distances btw 2 cities were so long, that we hardly could arrive, not that we could have stopped in the middle.

They booked more from our credit cards, than agreed (50 € each). They told us the sum in € and booked in rupia, so we needed a day to understand, how much the bank counted. Unfortunately by that day we've been far away from Delhi.

Further they haven't responded to our emails and gave us cars in really bad conditions - stopped in the middle of the tollroad, lost the light during the night.... I would never choose them again for a tour and hope that other travellers will have the calm to stop them and not accept anything, they offer.
