Just back from overnight trip with Caladoinian holidays, got on the coach at Buchanan street Glasgow... the driver was rude from the start of our Journey. He was not a healthy man could hardly get up & down steps, one off our group asked him his name he said it's a secret which we found strange.. he never welcomed us on his coach, he then picked up passengers & once again the lady asked his name,he told her then he said welcome, we had more issues with this man but l can go into more detail later. The Brittany hotel had no entertainment Bar man was rude food was not pleasent& we were very angry again being told by the driver these Hotels are used for Conferences ect plus no where near for night entertainment, Our group has used you before for trios but we were very dissapointed this trip.
