Really great experience with this company. There was a group of 15 of us in Lisbon for a Hen and the Cocktail Making Workshop was the highlight - all individually tailored, with options for tee-totallers. Doing it live in a real bar made it feel very real, and the cost is very worth it. Would highly recommend it. The admin team could not have been any more helpful and were a pleasure to work with.

I recently arranged a buff butler for my friend's birthday celebrations in Portugal, I was wary at first to arrange something abroad, but Pink Monkey were excellent, arranged everything easily, all details were confirmed and they listened to what we needed and accommodated everything brilliantly! Everything was arranged before we arrived, the butler kept in touch with me via WhatsApp the night before he was to arrive to ensure he had all the details. When he arrived he was organised and fantastic fun! He made sure everyone in the party was included, had super games prepared and had us all howling with laughter (as well as having a good old perv at his amazing bod!) :) lol He made the birthday girl feel very special and made sure we all had a ball. Would highly recommend, we have had a few butlers for special occassions in the UK, but this one far surpassed all of the previous ones ;)

I was organising my sister’s hen weekend and having been let down by another company I chose to book with pink monkey. I booked the cheeky butler and bar crawl through them. The booking process was very easy and it was easy to contact punk monkey via email with any queries or changes to group number. Payment was made via bank transfer - again an easy process and the receipt was sent through promptly. Now the events themselves - our cheeky butler was fantastic and much more than we were expecting!! As well as serving drinks he came with 3 naughty games and managed the group (which included some older members of the family) very well. He was polite but also cheeky and we all had a brilliant time with him! The bar crawl was very well organised. We went to 4 different bars/clubs, had a shot in each and a welcome drink of our choice in the first bar. Really smooth, with plenty of time in each bar, didn’t feel rushed at all. Good music and places were busy and buzzing. We asked to change the shot in the third bar as we were all sick of the strawberry sour and they did so with no complaints! Very organised and stress free. Thank you!

Fantastic company who made everything very easy. Stripper came to our hotel as arranged by pink money for us. Met in hotel reception and took to the room, he was very nice and friendly. Very good show, he was very attentive to the bride and also guests. Had a great laugh. Was Value for money.

A great stag do in Lisbon supported with bookings made via this company. The sent detailed information about where to go and meet, handling all the details making it much less stressful! Email responses were prompt too. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Having just returned from villamoura Portugal I Was a little nervous after reading some reviews and not been able to find many, Well all I can say it was an AMAZING fabulous service start to finish. I can’t thank pink monkey enough. Massive shout to our butler in the buff can’t give his name apparently but so wish I could as he so deserves a shout out!!! He made the night fantastic the hen was so nervous however after 10 minuets, quite a few shots she was loving life. Would definitely recommend any hen party to use this company. I only hope you get the butler we did it !!!’

I highly recommend pink monkey from the beginning it was really easy to book the Butler, I was in Dublin and booking it for a hens in Portugal and there was absolutely no hassle! The butler contacted me the afternoon before he was due to arrive and when through a little shopping list he recommended for drinks, We did not know what he was going to look like but he defo looked the part when he got ready When he arrived at our apartment he went through what was going to happen for the evening and went through a list of games he had, he was really helpful and had loads of ideas. He had the drinks flowing and was so professional The butler was absolutely brilliant and we had the best night! Highly highly recommend it we had the best laugh, He kept checking on our drinks and made sure our hen was happy the whole way through the night!

Pink monkey were a great help for our stag of 16. We did the still life drawing which sounds boring but really was a great laugh and the model interacted with us and had some great banter. Also we had the beer bike which was brilliant. I was over charged £50 by accident which I hadn’t noticed but the person I dealt with from pink monkey had picked up the error in the office and refunded it with no qualms . The guy they sent was excellent and met us at the venues and was a great help. Thanks pink monkey.

I needed to organise a hen do for 16 ladies in Lisbon for a long weekend. I used pink monkey stag and hen do to book two activities: rooftop bar crawl and life drawing. Communication via email or telephone was always easy and pink monkey were constantly updating the plan/invoice in line with my requests due to changes in people attending. Once in Lisbon, we were met for the bar crawl by our tour guide Ricardo, who was easy to contact and assisted with directions etc. The rooftop bar crawl was brilliant and the first bar allowed us to have private area at the top and after. The following day, Ricardo met us for the life drawing and everything ran very smoothly. Ricardo was great fun and joined in with our games and celebrations throughout. I definitely recommend pink monkey and Ricardo (especially since he said he’d not been doing it for long) when booking a hen do. Absolutely fantastic weekend...thank you!!!!

It was a real pleasure dealing with Pink Monkey; they were so helpful, quick to respond and accommodating of my late requests and questions. I only used them for part of the stag do and booked some activities directly but for peace of mind I'd recommend using them for everything.

Our topless butler arrived to our party high on drugs. He then proceeded to take more drugs in our bathroom. Despite having a video of the butler with the substance all around his nose and a picture of the substance left scattered on our sink, the account manager has categorically denied what happened and even said it was 'our party who planted the drugs to get a refund'. I don't know who in their right mind would raise a complaint when they have a video of his eyes as big as anything and white powder around his nose if it wasn't true. The camera doesn't lie. I have never experienced such disgusting customer service. All it took was an apology yet the account manager was defensive and rude (despite seeing sight of the said video). I am absolutely flabbergasted that even with this evidence she blamed us. I'm even more amazed that a company is willing to allow this negative review to go up (when I have video and picture evidence) tarnishing their reputation and letting drugs be associated with them, when a simple apology or refund would have solved the situation. when asked why I hadn't reported it to him or kicked him out sooner, I said that we didn't feel comfortable to do this whilst still in Lisbon as he knew where we were and didn't want any repercussions if they were to say something to him. I was then told I was accusing him of being a thug. These were not my words and I was merely trying to say that in a foreign country we did not know what could happen and did not want to put ourselves in this situation. I'm pretty sure by the disgusting attitude of the company though that they still wouldn't have believed me if I'd said something sooner. Avoid like the plague unless you want to be treated like dirt and portrayed to be a liar when there's photographic evidence. I'm not sure what more it would take for the company to just admit what happened as pictures and videos clearly aren't good enough. Absolutely absurd.

from the very start of my booking with this company, they have been so helpful! everything was very well organised, and email responses to my queries were very quick. i only booked one activity with this company but everything ran very smoothly and went as planned. the life drawing class was so much fun and the host was very friendly and made everyone feel comfortable. he was very fun and everyone said how lovely he was. i would recommend this company for booking activities and parts of their stay in lisbon as they really look the pressure off of me by sorting it out for me. thank you!

A big, big thank you to the team at Pink Monkey Stag and Hen for helping me to deliver a great stag. As somebody obsessed with efficiency in my professional and person life, from the initial enquiry stage, I was impressed with how responsive and helpful the team were, helping me build the itinerary I wanted. When the start time of an activity had to be changed, the team were in touch right away to help determine what could be done. We were juggling 4 activities and still managed to keep them all. On our first full day in Lisbon, the booking manager came by to say hello. This was a great way to put a face to a name and further reassure me that we were in good hands. The team at Pink Monkey were also incredibly helpful when it came to impromptu requests for information, such as the number of a good masseuse (following particularly strenuous water sports!) or where the best clubs were. They even reserved us a table at club 'Lust in Rio' (highly recommended) the day before we planned to visit. The team are clearly well-connected as the managers at Lust greeted the Booking Manager warmly when we arrived. I'm planning to visit Lisbon again at the end of the month, this time with family, and will definitely be looking to Pink Monkey to help arrange some more...sedate activities, such as tours of Sintra!

My friends and myself had an amazing time in Lisbon. Everything went perfectly as planned, thanks to the help of Pink Monkey. They were very friendly and always quick to answer and to help for whatever question/need. The people responsible for the activities were also super welcoming.
