I'm writing my review of Lisa Vietnam Travel here as I can't find them listed in the review section. We booked a six day, five night tour to Hanoi, Halong Bay and Sapa. We booked by email from Australia and from the very first contact we had with Lisa, our booking was handled exceptionally well. Lisa is very fast in respone us email. She arrange everything was smoothly . The package included transfers from the airport and our driver was there waiting when we landed, as promised.driver name is Viet, he is good driver and can speak english , he recommend something for us to do when we are in Hanoi. The hotel in Hanoi was as expected with extremely helpful, courteous staff. (Hanoi Victory Hotel).Our transfer to Halong Bay went smoothly with a lovely tour guide on board who spoke fluent English. Unfortunately the weather had turned bad when we arrived in Halong Bay and no boats were allowed to head out into the bay. Of course this was disappointing but the weather is one thing that can't be controlled. We were given a lovely lunch on the boat just before the weather got so bad that we had to disembark. We were told the bus would be taking us back to Hanoi. When we explained to the tour guide that we had no hotel booking as we were meant to be on the boat for the night, he phoned Lisa, everything was sorted immediately. We were able to swap the tours around and it was arranged that we would go to Sapa the next day, allowing two days for the weather to Improve and we could re-visit our boat cruise on Halong Bay. This was all confirmed in a matter of minutes, leaving us feeling relieved and less disappointed. Meanwhile, many of the hundreds of other disappointed cruise goers were left uninformed, confused and upset, obviously not given the same outstanding service we received from Lisa Vietnam Travel. The rest of tour went smoothly and exceeded expectations. The Sapa trekking tour arranged by Lisa was amazing, as was the cruise on Halong Bay, take 2. We extended our stay in Hanoi and Lisa even contacted us directly to make sure we had a transfer back to airport. This has been a lengthy review but I really need to let people know about this little tour company which is huge on customer service. Lisa Vietnam travel must be the best travel agent in the world I knew. Lisa is the star of this company, she is very fast in respone email to guest. I found her by chance on groupon in Australia and send them an email to check available on Last Aug . After 15 minutes she sent an email to us already will all information I need. She suggest to contact to her hand phone number for sms incase I need the quicker help . she online 24 hours / day The hotel which they use for this packages is totally great specially Sunshine Hotel in Hoi An . This is 3 star hotel with swimming pool . Staff is great and location is excellent. Packages cover Hanoi - Halong bay - Sapa - Dannag- hoi An and Ho Chiminh . they are all places where I wish to visit in Vietnam so I decide to engage with Lisa Vietnam Travel and I am NOT dissapoited Thank you so much Lisa - Thanks for your wonderful service . Vietnam Trip 05 - 21 August 2016 Found Lisa on Groupon and contacted her directly to organise Halong Bay and Sapa tour for three people. In contrast to Groupon deals, Lisa was happy to organise a 5day and 5night tour for three of us. She offered her services to help arrange our other tours in Vietnam and it was the best decision we made to accept her offer. Lisa was professional and arranged every aspect of the tour with us. We collaborated and organised hotels, transfers and tours. Lisa was very accommodating to all the changes we made to the itinerary and happily assisted us. She arranged tours such as Hanoi City tour, Halong Bay (which was great- recommend to go longer than one day), SAPA rice fields (absolutely beautiful), Hue Imperial City tour, Marble mountain tour, Hoi An country side and Da Lat waterfalls private tour. Every tour was well organised; every hotel we checked into knew our plans and when transferring to another city by bus/car/plane, transfers were on time and ready. Lisa also organised sim cards and data on our phones (going the extra mile), exchanged our spending currency with a good deal (that we might not have been able to achieve). She even accommodated us for our short notice changes during our trip in Vietnam, gave us advice on places to go (when not doing a tour), taxi advice?! - what more could you ask for. She was prompt and replied to every message/phone call to ensure we had ease and the best time. She even checked up on us upon arriving home. Absolute Gem. I would definitely highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone with an informed, prompt, professional and friendly service. If I go back to Vietnam, I would arrange my travel plans with her again.
