This is the first time ever going to the Kruger National Park and made a reservation in September. Unfortunately due to circumstances we will not be able to go and I enquired whether the booking can be changed. I would like to thank the advisor for the effort she has put in to cancel and re-book my reservation! She is very professional and friendly! Thanks!!!
