Horrible Arrangements by the TA & Not so happening Itinery

The Tour Agency was not that co-operative the Driver arrived for pick up almost 1 and half Hour late and we had to stand outside the Airport for almost 1 and half hour. And after that the Driver had forgotten the Road to Shimla and took us for ride across the city for another 1 hour.
The itinery was not properly planned which didnt even cover the local sightseeing of Shimla. And some hopeless places like Khufri Fun Camp was added.
Driver wasnot even provided with the Itinery and forget that to our surprise at the time of Pick up he had no idea about the no of days and places the Tour was suppose to be taken. This shows the lack of preparations about the Trip.
On raising the issues with the agency, No assistance was provided. Infact tour agency was only interested in receiving the Balance tour Money rather than facilitating the issues. Driver was nt provided with enough money for the Petrol and stuff hence he kept cribbing during the Journey.

Overall very bad experience with the Travel Agency. Only promises No Actions
