Bought an LG Smart tv just over 2 years ago- picture went- called LG, got 3 different answers and offers ( that were rescinded). Had to pay over $300 to fix it
Can't believe we paid as much as we did for a tv that didn't even last 2 and a half years. The people at customer relations could not be understood and they each had a different thing to tell or offer me- in the end they did nothing except apologize over and over.
I will NEVER buy LG products and will be a very vocal person for others not to.
