I felt the need to express my anger with this abysmal manufacturer. I purchased a 42" 3D TV just over a year ago and low and behold 3 weeks out of the warranty and the TV goes all dark. After registering on their website and attaching the proof of purchase I requested a repair. As far as I`m concerned the Tv should last longer than 55 weeks. After several phone calls to them because they chose not to reply I finnaly get through and have to go through some tests with the final one having to unplug the TV for an hour. In this case I had to call back to confirm I had performed the test. Surprise, Surprise they are no agents available to take my call. After several days I finnaly get through and I`m told an agent will call me. Four days later I get the call and I am asked to email a proof of purchase and told they will repair the tv. I tell them I ahve already emailed the proof. Nevertheless I am given a different email address to send it to. I send it and guess what the email is not recognised. Now I will have to go through the process again.
Will I buy LG again..Never..French Company, Parts made in China, and assembled in Mexico. Cheap Rubbish
