I have been drinking only this tea for more than four decades. I and my family do not like any thing else except Choicest Blend. When I go on holidays I always take a box of this, because other tea's are not to my taste. I even take a box every time I go to India (coal to New Castle)!!! We are addicted to this brand. For the last few times I got my supply from Typhoo, directly. But as my quota is going down, I need to replace my stock, but I am not getting any where, please help?

I'm down to my last 6 boxes and placed an order with Typhoo Shop, only to be told today that it is discontinued and all stock has gone.

A sad day for Choicest Blend Tea drinkers.

Looks like it's a blend my own project now. Found this, which might help:

"Choicest Blend balances the depth and brightness of Kenyan leaves with the aromatic flavour of Ceylon and the rich full-bodied malty taste of Assam."

This is an absolute tragedy!

I started drinking this tea every since a sample box came through my letter box in the 1980s. I got the whole family to convert to drinking choicest blend.

I left the UK in the late 80s to live abroad and have always returned back to London to pick up a suitcase full to keep me going. Over the years I have converted so many people around the world to drinking this tea.

I couple of years ago I ordered 2 cases of which I am now down to my last 10 boxes and dread the thought of never having it again.

On a positive note, Tesco does do a very similar tea, it not the exact same but close. It is the Tesco Finest Fair Trade tea.

I guess I will have to buy this one on my next trip back to the UK.

If you have any unopened loose leaf choicest blend tea, I'll pay you triple for it if you are happy to sell.
