“hardware Components prone to fail ”

Mini displayport port gave way within a year. No point taking it back to the shops as you will be redirected to Microsoft Surface support.The chaps over there are absolutely clueless and unhelpful . Then ended up spoiling it even further word of advice - stick to other brands !

“Mr Reliable”

I am a fam of the surface pros and have owned all 3 releases of them apart from the first one. I have always loved the surface pros as they are premium products whether you are typing, drawing or browsing the net. They have never let me down in terms of reliability, power, compatibility etc. There is so much packed in the surface pro 4 such as Cortana, excellent stylus, browser editing using the stylus etc that one is spoilt for choice on the functionality of this device. I am so impressed with the build quality of this product that I am hoping that Microsoft gives this moniker and standard for a surface phone.

“Do not buy!”

Super slow, gets virus, broken after 2nd day of owning, cannot pull up WiFi or any websites, does not respond to touch or use of buttons, freezes many times a day, not good for writing or music or games. Very very horrible and slow, I hate it. Don't waste your money! Heavy and bulky and not a good buy for anyone any age.
