galaxy tab 2 sent for repair in september as power button fell off bought new from argos and had receipt.
samsung claimed tablet serial numbers were incorrect and didn't match with what they booked in after 3 months found samsung incorrectly inputted wrong data and now refuse to return tablet as they claim i need to pay for it to be returned to me and re booked in correctly.
subsequenlty they now claim tablet is stolen due to serial number issue and refuse to return said item.
after further investigation i found this seems to be a regular occurence within samsung
so buyers beware they like to get your money then went sent in for repair refuse to return
