I bought my tablet from John Lewis on 1st July,to serve me on a tour of Thailand. It lasted less than three months and froze completely on my 5th day in Thailand.
my old Kindle continued to work .
Customer service in Asia recognised my guarantee, but I could not get it fixed.
I delivered the tablet to John Lewis on January 11TH,after an e mail correspondence with tech. support.
I stated that I needed the item by 15th February. No feedback was received from Lenovo, until I asked for my tablet to be returned next week.,
they propose to return it to me stii frozen, and I can try again later to have it repaired.
I enjoyed my previous smaller tablet from Lenovo,although it did not last very long.
The guarantee is a joke.
Sadly, I have now scratched Lenovo products entirely.
I shall be referring this wasteful experience to Consumer Ombudsman.
