Spoke with member of Technical staff, outlined problem, told to return product to Idealworld TV via toyou service via ASDA. Sent on 15/12/2017 @ 14:16 and to date NO RESPONSE!!!! According to tracking ID it has been delivered to Idealworld TV some considerable time ago. Customer Service is a joke. Have you tried to contact them??? You have a better chance of winning the lottery!!!!! Come on Idealworld, whatever happened to "the customer is always right"? Have you NEVER heard of TODAYS HAPPY CUSTOMER IS TOMORROWS SOURCE OF REVENUE?? THINK ABOUT IT!!!!All I want is the item I am paying for...by CHRISTMAS 2017. Is this too much to ask????? HAPPY CHRISTMAS to all my readers.
