Having placed an order for four embossing folders and a couple of other items, the order arrived less three of the folders. Due to the value of the order, I made use of the Flexipay option - DO NOT pay this company by Debit Card or by Paypal would be my best advice, if you have a credit card and you really must buy from them use this method. By paying by credit card you can at least start a transaction dispute action if there is an issue.

The Customer Service is terrible and I have been asked more than once to wait for 10 days for an investigation to take place. The emails from them are very repetitive, perhaps just doing as their name implies - to look after Customers would be a whole new concept, that they may wish to consider. If they do no comply with the Distant Selling Regulations 2000, other than when it suits them, what is the point of the regulations in the first place?

As I have been an extremely good customer over the last three years, this will now finish and as I know that I can purchase my goods at a better price elsewhere and receive excellent Customer Service.
