I recently bought the Slice Fabrique and after emailing and telephoning the customer service I submitted a polite but negative review - I just had an email to say it didnt meet their guidelines - as far as I could see there was nothing they could object to except I said the customer service was unhelpful and there was no support for the product. (The initial email from their customer services said "try reading the instruction book and using it" - rather irritating as the reason I contacted them was a mechanical fault with the magnet strength). After around 4 years of bein a member this was the first time I had a problem with them and was quite shocked how poor their backup service actually is. I will not be buying from them again. It would have been useful if the customer services actually knew what products they sell - the guy I spoke to had absolutely no idea about what I was talking about.
