I signed up to C&C to order a sale product, it is still available . When I try to process the order the full price appears which is double the sale price. I have emailed three times now to find out what the issue is. NO RESPONSE AT ALL!!! Except an automated email saying that someone from Customer Services will contact me. WHEN!!!! Most companies these days have targets for response times and departments are judged on their targets. I have tried to place an order, probably would have placed more. NOT NOW. I will go elsewhere, competition is stiff out there. C&C needs to remember this. Customers have plenty of choice out there now.If I had read this review page before I signed up I would have gone somewhere else in the first place, I am definately voting with my feet!!!
