Very unhelpful customer service. Could only get their answering machine on most of my calls. Wanted to swap a lesson on one occasion with another member (who has similar class half an hour later with the same teacher). called to check if its possible on monday and was promissed a call back wich never happened so had to call again on wd ( my class was on thu) and had to explain again to a different person, who then checked if i can swap the whole remaining term with someone instead of just one lesson!.. Had to miss the class:( On friday the lady i spoke to initially called and said she is returning my call!! After explaining everything to her again i ve got quite a rude answer that it was never possible to accommodate my request in a first place as it would be too distructive for the instructor???;( aside from this being utterly ridiculous excuse, i wonder why to promiss doing it in a first pace?
No possibilty to make up for missed classes even if you miss for a medical reason (my daughter had severe brinchitis).
Also when we started the first term (we are in a second now) - they canclled 4 classes due to a faulty pump..
The instructors are gerat though, and its a shame the organization is so poor..
